TSV-PRE has an automatic assembly function. This function can be used for assembling parts with different material, accurately defining contact conditions, and effectively utilizing existing FEM mesh data.Double nodes and shared nodes can both be defined on shared faces. Furthermore, the user can define a different mesh size for each part. In TSV, the below two assembly methods are available. 1) Assemble components that have already been meshed. 2) Assemble CAD data that will be meshed afterwards.

As shown in the above diagram, nodes can be aligned in a CAD assembly model or an FEM assembly model. The aligned nodes can be double nodes or single nodes. Note:The above is a conceptual diagram. The model does not actually move.
