In order to satisfy the required performance within the limited development lead time, it is necessary to output the analysis results at a speed that exceeds the design L \/ O examination.<br \/>\nTherefore, in engine development, we started switching from TSV to Jupiter in 2017, and now we are operating it as a core Pre-Post. By making repeated improvements from the beginning of switching, operability and overall performance have improved. Against this background, an analysis method with high prediction accuracy and execution in a short time has been desired.<br \/>\nTherefore, in order to improve the accuracy of high-temperature strength analysis, we have established a method of mapping different material properties for each temperature with Jupiter and collectively performing fatigue treatment using multiple fatigue limit diagrams. Therefore, it is indispensable to carry out strength examination by CAE, but due to the complexity of the analysis model, the modeling man-hours have become a heavy burden on the designer. Therefore, in order to reduce the development man-hours, we started full automation of casing strength analysis using Jupiter-Oasis.<br \/>\nBy combining the automatic update and copy function of load conditions, Oasis Mesher (fully automatic mesher), SunShine solver, automatic report, etc., the casing strength analysis generated by the replacement of newly designed parts has been fully automated.
